This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed for orders placed on Skandhavi Jewelry (owned and operated by VAIRAVEL ENTERPRISES).

1. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Window: Cancellation requests will only be considered if submitted within 2 days (48 hours) of placing the order.

  • Exceptions: Cancellation requests will not be entertained if the order has already been processed, dispatched, or handed over to our registered courier partners for shipping. In such cases, you may choose to refuse the delivery at your doorstep.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

  • Reporting Period: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must report it to our customer support team within 2 days of receipt.

  • Verification: The request will be reviewed once our quality team verifies the issue (unboxing video or clear photographs may be requested).

  • Resolution: Once validated, VAIRAVEL ENTERPRISES will initiate a product replacement or a full refund based on product availability and your preference.

3. Refund Process & Timelines

  • Approval & Processing: In case of any refund approved by VAIRAVEL ENTERPRISES, the refund process will be initiated immediately.

  • Credit Timeline: Approved refunds will take 7 to 10 business days to reflect in your account back to the original payment source (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or Net Banking).

  • Non-Refundable Costs: Any shipping costs or transaction fees levied at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
