Returns
Due to the delicate and premium nature of our jewellery products, we accept returns only in the following cases:
• Product received is damaged during transit.
• Incorrect product received.
• Manufacturing defect identified upon delivery.
To initiate a return request, customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide clear photographs or videos of the product and packaging.
Exchange
Eligible products may be exchanged subject to stock availability.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:
• Change of mind.
• Minor variations in colour due to photography or screen settings.
• Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
• Customized or personalized jewellery pieces.
Refund Process
Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
